I have a 1996 F150. Recently, the #13 fuse keeps blowing out. It controls the power steering, hazard lights and stop lights. You can put in a new fuse and immediately the fuse will blow. It doesn't matter if the ignition is on or not.
Anyone have an idea about what it will take to correct this problem.
It sounds like there might be a short, but I'm no wiring genius. If it weren't dark, wet, cold, and rainy out (yes I am making excuses for why I'm lazy), I would go outside and look at the fuse panel in my truck. Do you know offhand what the #13 fuse is for?
