None exist that I am aware of. It would cost too much for manufacturers to build one since they would have to provide provisions for relocating the intercooler as well as custom tubing for it.

Add-a-leafs and extended shackles are pretty reasonably priced, and are safer (IMO) than body lifts.

I used a Fabtech 3 1/2 inch lift kit, and it kept my ride stock, just higher. I am pretty happy with it. IMO I don't think body lifts are the way to go.

i dont see any reason for a body lift. you can fit pretty big tires on these trucks stock. a suspension lift is the way to go and sometimes it will be easier than putting on a body lift and with a suspension lift you will gain some ground clearance too

What does the Fabtech kit do to address the relocation of the intercooler? Got any pics?

I'd get a 2.5" leveling kit first. They are fairly cheap and then you can fit on some decent size tires. My local 4x4 shop quoted me one for $160.
