Auto Trans question.
thinking ahead about a trans rebuilt has me wondering.
if you go back with a factory trans and you have problems out on the road, you can go back too any stealership and let them steal a little more from you but get you back on the road.
if you decide to go with one of the after market trans like BTS ,monsterbox or whatever and you do have problem out on the road what is the possibility of getting it put back like it is suppose to be and if you need a special part that only the original builder has ,what is your options besides hanging out in a motel for a few days until it arrives and would your best option be to go to a transmission shop or to a dealer with this problem ? all suggestions and experiences would be appreciated.
