Base Idle setting on 4.6L

Looking for what RPM should be with the IAC unplugged on a 2003 4.6L V8 Explorer to set base idle. Searched and found lots of info on how to set the base idle but nowhere does it say what RPM it is suppose to be at.

Idle should be about 6 and 1/2. I am not sure what you mean by unplugged. Usually the engine will struggle and sometimes die if you unplug it

When the engine is cold it'll idle at 1100rpm with everything plugged in. Mine took two 15 mile trips for the computer to correct the idle after I did a TB swap.
