exaust manifold
i have a heat controled choke on my carb(cater 1 brrl). The hole that taps into the exaust manifold has a bolt that is broken off and is rusted seriously. Tried to tap it and got frustrated.My question is it possible to tap a new hole and is it easier? And yes i know it would be alot easier to put an eletric or manual choke on. But i heard that with a heated choke system it saves a little bit of gas. And at 11mpg i need all the saving i can get.

Purchase the choke tube kit and drill a hole in the scewr/bolt and insert the tube connector in the hole as per the instructions! Remember that a tube also comes from the bottom of the manifold and to the post on the side of the carb feed horn!
