Muffler Question Please Help Me!!!!!
Ok. well I have a 2000 b2500 4 cylinder, and my friend recently bought a thrush exhaust and I thought it sounded nice so I decided to go with a dynamax. After putting it on, the tone is deep, but also rattles. The guy who put it on said it will Do that untill it is broken in. Is this true???? Its really getting to me.

Either the muffler is defective or something is loose and/or rubbing up against something. If it was put together using muffler clamps, check there first. If that turns out being the problem, take it to an (real) exhaust shop and pay someone $30-40 to have it welded up.

ok, it is hooked up with clamps, but nothing seems loose. We tightend it now it doesn't make the vibrating sound, but more of a Put-Put sound. Like when I rev it up, it sounds nice but it makes that sound when I let go of the pedal for about 3 seconds. Any ideas?
