My Mustang's value

My Mustang's value
I'm planing to sell my Mustang. Since I bought F-150, either Mustang or F-150 was sitting in a garage which really doesn't make any sence. I have to pay insurance for both of them, gas ... I'm planing to get something really cheap with good gas mileage (maybe Honda CRX) to get me to college.
Anyway, I have 2000 Mustang 3.8L so I would like to know how much its worth. Its 5-speed-manual, 34,000 miles, torch red with white racing stripe (stripe is little damaged on rear bumper, but I have replacement stripe), everything power, AC, cruise control, CD and cassette player, alloy wheels...
How much do you guys think its worth?
Another question that I have is, I'm planing to sell it through private party. What is good way to sell car like that? Just put "For Sale" sign on him and hope for somebody to call?

Just go to kbb.com and find the trade-in and private party values on the car. the actual selling price would be somewhere in between the two numbers. BTW- you'd do a lot better on the Mustang if you could wait until spring. I don't know what your weather is like, but winter generally isn't kind to sporty cars as far as value goes.
