What company sell's the kit for 300 block? Steel or Brass.

I bought mine from Pioneer, it's been awhile and can't remember the part #.

If you are going to keep the engine a while go brass.
When installing use a bead 3M yellow death around body of freeze plug before driving in, it lubs going in and seals when set.

I second that.
I always use old fashioned Permatex on freeze plugs. Lasts forever.

If you have an old pair of channel locks, the upper jaw makes the best freeze plug puller.
