there are a few companys that make headers for the 300 6 headman, pacesetter and clifford to name a few. Or you could get a set of efi manifolds and have an exhaust shop make you some down pipes and a 2 into 1 collector.
if CA emissions are going to be an issue, then EFI manifolds may be what you'll need. You didn't say what year your 300 is, but they work on carbed 300's also. a search in this forum will tell you more.
Ok,I put mine on a 1986 F250 2wd 300 which was put into a 79 bronco. The exhaust manifolds will fit with a small bit of grinding in 2 spots, and there will also be 2 unused holes in the efi manifolds left over, but won't affect torque tightening. Any 87 or newer 2wd efi manifolds will work and using the same 87 or newer pipe connecting the 2 will work while retaining your emissions. One emissions hole will need to be plugged(efi sensor) and that's it. It's atleast cheaper than buying a new header and still have to deal with emissions.

Thats what I'd do, I shoulda mentioned that. EFI manifolds are basically "shorty" headers, or mimic them anyways. They'll flow better than the ole log manifold.
