Dariand--having spent a fair amount of time on AOL and making several "friends", I can say that real-life friends are much better. Don't get hung up over someone you only know over the computer. Like someone else already said, you can't tell if it's really even a girl or not, and if you only know her in cyberspace, she is not a friend at all. She sure isn't worth worrying yourself to death over.

Sounds like she's trying to tell you to leave her alone without being overly rude. If it was important to her she would tell you her name and contact information. Theres a fine line between interest and obsession. move on

Life goes on ! ! ! come on ! I can assure you that is not a girl !!! when you try to get real with a WEB friend and that friend doesn't want is because it is not REAL ! so forget that crap about "we'll still be friends forever" !!! person are worth for what they are not for what they say they are !

Truly put.

You can tell me anything you want. What I see with my own eyes is true.

What is your favorite era of the Ford pickups? I wanna get a 1973-77 Ford F-250 4x4 w/good size tires (33"-40"s), a big V8 motor (390, 400, 427, 428, 429 or 460, no 360's for me) and hopefully a 4 speed manual.

Fortunately, me and the girl who I was having problems with are still friends, she was going through some hard times but she's starting to be in good spirits, although I only know her through the internet but I'm glad that me and her are starting to become friends again, fortunately I found 2 new forums to visit her at.

She did tell me her first name, anyways she was looking for another friend of hers on another website and I was able to help her find a way to get access to that forum so she can chat with her other best friend cause I wanted her to be able to chat with her buddy and she really appreciated me helping her out, fortunately me and her are online friends again.

dariand, you can start with a ford ranger like wolf says but u can also get a 1980-up f150 v8 like u like it...they are in the 1000's-2000.....have gone cheap i had one i had bought for 2000 bucks and unfortunatly had to sell it for 1700 buckz.....then i got myself a 1999 f150 supercab flareside.......depends on what you want it for and what you like.......check out the gallery pics of our member's trucks and perhaps you can makeup a bit more ur mind.......

again like wolf said, this is a Ford enthusiast website, i love trucks-we love trucks thats why we have this great website!!!!

hope this helps,
-Deltasoft.

When my wife died a little over 4 years ago, I lost the best friend I ever had. I then turned to Yahoo and MSN chat rooms for someone to talk too.

I found out that "online" friends come and go and that everyone you chat with are not who they make themselves out to be. It's easy to hide behind a keyboard in a chat room because odds are that you will never meet the person you are chatting with.

I made up my mind over a year ago to quit looking for someone to talk with and decided when the time was right, I would meet someone locally.

I have a wonderful lady in my life now and we have been together a year now.

Good luck.

I know I've posted this before but I think it's appropriate to remind those that like chat rooms:

Another way to put is:
"Anyone can talk the talk. But can they walk the walk?"

I can write anything I please. But am I who I say I am? How do you know?
