Led Taillights
Looking for a set of led taillights for my truck. I saw a set on a 49 f1 at a car show that were reset in the rear fender that were about 6'' round .I search the internet and ebay with no luck.The owner of the truck bought the truck and didn't know were they came from.

Try Lambert Enterprises(www.lambertenterprises.com). I think Watson's Streetworks (www.watsons-streetworks.com) may have some also. Hagan is another possible (haganauto.com). Look at the stickys at the top of the forum "Group Tech Articles in Progess and see the one on Internet Parts Chasing for other vendors.

I think Lambert has mostly LED conversion kits not complete tailight assemblies If you want just flat lens round ones, drop into your nearest truck stop or even some of the parts stores they sell a universal round and oval assemblies that fits the standard opening in semi trailers. Or for a more bullet shaped lens, the street rod shops sell repro 49-50 Pontiac assemblies and I believe Lambert sells a conversion kit for them. Make sure whatever you buy includes turn and brake functions, some are taillights only.

Thanks AXrace and LEchart, i did fine a set at watson-streetworks that were close to the one i saw on the 49 at the car show. They didn't have a good picture of the lights but the size was close to the one i saw. The complet kit was 180.00 .
