Question car audio help

My truck had a system in it before with the factory radio theres like $50 worth of stuff in the dash to convert for amps and the wires to the back are still in it tha factory speakers have been replacer with clarion 6x8's I am going to stick with the factory radio for now but I am going to add 2 infinity 1042's can I supply the factory speakers and the 2 subs with one amp?If so which ones I dont need big bass just a nice clean loud tight system the original install had kicker subs with a downfire box the doors have dynamat I think it was a pro job I have never been without subs and cant stand it without them.Like I said in another thread I am building my own behind rear seat box I plan on doing both trucks the same one right after the other I will have to purchase factory changeouts for my 2 wheel but I am buying all the equipment next week and would much rather install 1 amp but if for quality of sound I will use 2.sorry for the lenghth I just wanted to try and explain it all.appreciate ya!
