Rear disc wear
I have a '98 Expedition. I just did rotors and pads on all four wheels (103K). Third set of pads for the front, just the first for the rear discs. The rear pads/rotors looked barely worn (although the rotor was glazed). The pads looked like they were installed months ago instead of 8 years. Are my rear brakes not functioning properly? If not, what can be done to fix it?

I realize that, and I am on my third set of pads (front), which seems normal. But to have barely any wear on the rear rotor or pads after 103,000 miles seems odd. I just thought they might not be working correctly.
