Four screws across the top, four clips along the bottom.

Doesn't affect the bulbs at all.

Yup, it does. What more do you want to remove for a Zoodad?

Exactly, I was going to use a cutting tool last weekend, and found the same thing you did, wrong angle. So I've been considering drawing out a template to drill 9 or 12 holes.

The holes would keep more strenght

So dont waist my time if the only way i have to cut the metal is my 4 inch grinder with a cutting wheel?

I don't know. It's just what I was going to try since all I have is a cutting wheel tool as well. I was going to use a 3x5 card and evenly space some holes. Havent' decided on how many and what diameter yet. But that's my idea.

just use a hole cutting tool that you put on a drill... make a couple of big holes, then cut out the space between the holes if you like... i just made one big hole in front of where the stock snorkel comes out... bingo.. nice fresh are flows straight back to my 6637 kwikfilter...!
