Good Avatars
I've been trying to figure out how you guys come across these really nice avatars...
...I searched google, and came up with some cool ones...but they're all just slightly to big. A good 60x60 pixel avatar is hard to come across.
How can I reduce the physical size of these pictures that I've found? I know the size of the file stays the same...but there has got to be a way to reduce the physical image itself. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I have an answer for you, and you will find similar stuff in the "User Gallery and Picture Display Help" forum.
But just one time I wanted to make a single definitive answer to the "BIG AVATAR MYSTERY" - so here it is in a nutshell:
