Question Kwik Mod

So I put the kwik mod in my truck. That is great and all. I am not sure if I have to put my O2 sensor back in or not. Can anybody tell me if I need to find a way to put it in or can I just let it hang?

Just zip tie it to anything that is close to the filter.

Your Powerstroke hasn't got an O2 sensor.

If you mean the little Inlet Air Temperature sensor, just zip-tie it to a convenient brake line or bracket to keep it from flopping around and getting broken.

Stroker,

Y'a know, for a youngster, you sure have a lion's share of common sense, not to mention you learn complex issues pretty quickly, and are able to teach them in simple language to others.

You are a real credit to your folks. They brought you up right.

I'm glad you're around here.

I put the Inlet Air Temperature sensor in one of the holes left behind after pulling the stock box out. If you lift your Kwikfilter up and look where it rests on the plastic, there are two holes. I drilled a notch in one of them and inserted the sensor from the bottom, once thru give it a quarter twist and its there. The sensor is right under the filter. Also if you don't want to disconnect the filterminder, pull the rubber gromet off the filterminder and put it on a hole that is already there on the fender then stick the filterminder in.
