Normal Boost Pressure

Is this Normal Boost Pressure? Please help
I have a 03 6.0l with a edge attitude and Juice. I am wondering what the boost should be while just cruising on flat ground at 60mph. It used to be a lot lower than it is, also i recently put a 4" dual exhaust on and was wondering if that had anything to do with the increase. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appretiated
