Boost / turbo acting weird
I recently did the zoodad mod and have 4 inch turbo back exhaust. Since I did the zoodad mod I can really hear that turbo!! I drive my truck maybe once a week, and when it is cold and I bearly accelerate the boost goes to 30 instantly, and this is with very little pedal movement. I constantly stays in the 30 range every time I press the pedal. After driving and its fully warmed up, it runs normal. If I full throttle it, it will max at 30. I thought stock max was 25ish, this is according to my factory boost gauge. Did the zoodad mod and exhaust give it too much air/ not enough back pressure, possibly making the turbo react differently????
