Hello my name is Danny
I would appreciate if any one could tell me how to put a neutral safety switch on my 1996 Ford F150 truck. I would forever be in your debt. Please e-mail me at

-you need to remove the transmission to bellcrank lever rod from the downshift control outer lever.
-remove the
nut and lockwasher that secures the d.c.o.l.to the manual control lever. remove the d.c.o.l.
-two bolts and disconnect switch than remove park/neutral position switch
on install three points need to be aligned on switch, look at old one and new part to see this.
get part before you start at napa or advance auto.
get yourself a manual, it will be a big help on things like this.
