Strait piped V-10
The muffler on my 01 just rotted off where the pipe goes into the muffler. It dropped down and the V-10 is now singing proudly strait out of the Cat.
I have read a few guys on here that say how crappy it sounds but I disagree!
Loud, very loud considering it's flowing through the cat.
It is a deeper sound at idol and all the way up to mid rpm than with the Vorteck muffler that I had put on it 4 years ago. Also sounds way cool when I let off on compression. It has the Rams Horn stock Y pipe.
I think a strait through muffler like the Magnaflow or Edelbrock RPM series would sound great.
I need to get a muffler ordered but can't make up my mind.
