Fixing heated rear glass
My car has a rear window defroster. The electrical terminal that connects the wire to the glass has come off of the glass. Is there a way to reattach this terminal? I am guessing that it would take a conductive glue or some soldering. I am hesitant to solder though because it may affect the plastic laminate in the glass. I really don't want to replace the entire glass just for this. Any suggestions?

You can try the product that Permatex makes to repair the rear window defrost tabs, you can usually get it from places like Napa or AZ, hanging on the rack with the RTV/sealant/gasket stuff.

Keep in mind you want the tab repair adhesive, not the grid repair kit.
