351 intake bolt length

351 intake bolt length

searched w/o success. '83 bronco with 351. Putting on performer intake and lost intake bolts. Look like 5/16's bolts and probably need most to be about 2.5" in length - might buy a bolt kit or may be able to get a deal on grade 8's.

I also remember some being longer- can't recall any studs- so what can I learn from y'all. I get confused between engines ie working on 400 as well.

i just put mine in my 83' bronco this week and i belive they were 2 inch and there were 2 others that may have been a little longer that were for some extra smog thing i think. hopefully this helps

i was just curious ,did you have any problem with any intake bolts breaking off during the disassembly prossess on you Bronco?im going to be doing the same job very soon on my 86 f150 351w.thanks
