Just look at the left of the forum screen and click onto either "Blue Oval" or "National Parts Depot". I've just received parts from "Blue Oval" and they were great to deal with, I've checked out N.P.D. and they have loads of interior parts. My '80 needed a few parts also and I wanted "stock" parts, I found what I wanted.

Don't know for sure, but I would think you wouldn't find the original cloth seat cover material. Not enough demand.

Dennis Carpenter has some woodgrain interior parts,

You need to know what style woodgrain you have though, ford made several. You need to have the original part number for cross reference.

Look at LMC truck for some parts, I've always had good prices from them. Also, you may consider doing the woodgrain yourself, a lot of times you can get a quality veneer, either real or the vinyl stuff, from a home supply or cabinet store.
