A couple of months ago I replaced my DMF with a ZUK SMF from Carolina Clutch (on-line) $540. Also repalced clutch fork $30, master clutch cylinder $70 & slave cylinder $60 with $50 shipping (Grand Total = $750).
"Work time" (on the ground with a floor jack and ramps by myself) = 3.5 hours. Also included drain and replace transmission fluid. Not a tough job.
"Tip" = when removing the bellhousing bolts, lower the transmission a little (after the cross brace has been removed) and with a VERY long, or several med. lenght extensions, you can reach the top two bellhousing bolts from the rear of the transmission. This is easier than trying to reach them from the top of the engine.
