swapping rear suspention

Will a 1973-79 F250 rear suspension bolt directly in place of a 1977 F150 rear suspension? along with the heavier rear end?

If the F250 is 2wd the frames should be the same width but the springs are wider so you will have the change the spring hangers that are riveted on and reinstall with grade 8 bolts.
