No go c6

just rebuilt my first transmission c6 in my 1985 f150 4x4
put everthing in truck hooked everthin up filled with fluid
started truck up let it run for a few miniutes to get fluid moving
put in gear and motor dropped in rpms like it wanted to move but the rear wheels didnt move checked vacume line to regulator
also checked line pressure and was bouncing between 60 to 80psi
is that enough line pressure ?
any ideas of what else it could be would really help?
thanks

Without knowing what you did to the transmission or how you did it a response is impossible.

You may have crushed something on assembly.
Broken rings.
Bent clutch plates.
Pull the pan and air check it.
How much end play did you end up with?
