My girl was driving my 2002 F250 and said it started acting wierd. She pulled off the side of the road and called the service manager at the local dealer. He looked at it, said it was bad fuel and towed it in. They flushed the system and replaced the fuel, now it runs fine.
A little more background: Regularly serviced, bought fuel from the same place we always do, right on I24. Has been a little cold lately, but not below 20.

Also, get this, he just charged her for the new fuel and the tow, no labor. We always poke fun at the dealerships, but this goes to show you what a nice looking skirt and a smile might get you...
