Bent drill bits?

If there was nothing behind it then this is a pure case of operator error. The brand of bit you are using is not the problem. Revise your drilling technique like titanicf150 mentioned and replace the bent bit.

well now that u guys are mentioning it perhaps i was just trying to go through too quck near the end...it was late and i had allready drilled about 8 or so holes so im gonna have to go with torque on the operator error here lol

When using power tools slow and easy is my rule. It seems when I get in a rush bad things happen.
