Ignition Kill Wire?

Ignition Kill Wire?
OK, with the latest post of a stolen truck, I'm getting off my butt to finish installing my 745i2 car alarm w/ remote start, ignition kill, and all the other bells and whistles. (I live in Owasso just north of Tulsa) I hit a snag last weekend, and can't figure out which wire under the dash I need to cut and splice into. I need a thick gauge wire that only gives power to the starter(or starter solenoid) when the ignition key is turned to the start position(not just the on position). I tested my voltmeter on every wire on the back of my ignition switch and they all show +12 vlts when I turn the ignition to ON. There is constant +12 on the thick yellow wires with the switch off, and +12 on all the other wires when the switch is ON. I am thinking that the wire for the starter solenoid should not read +12 in the ON position, but only in the Start position? Am I right? Which wire should I be using? (A relay that came with the alarm will be put in at the splice.) FYI, it's a stock 78 F150 with power brakes and steering and no electrical power options, yet.

Ignition Kill Wire?
I'm pretty sure the Red/Blue wire is the one that goes to the solenoid to the switch(start circuit).
