2WD Lift

I have a 99 F-150 that is two wheel drive. I want to lift it and wanted to know what the best/cheapest way to go is. If anyone has ever done this or could help me out i would greatly appreciate it.

I picked up a fabtech 7.5" crossmember kit real cheap and haggled my way into a tire/rim set for about 1200. with regearing, total cost came to about 2400
