87 wreckman, If they have ruled in your favor that they owe you, Why not get a lean put on their geo tracker. We can do that here where I live. If a person owes you money and you have a legal ruling to that. You can put a lean on their property and thus they pay you or lose the money when they sell their property. My mother did it to one person and after 10 years got paid with interest. She had to still keep trying to go after them, but the offending person could not sell her car or get a loan afterwards.
