Grinding when accelerating 98 AWD 5.0l
I have checked the wheel bearings, cv joints, transfer case (full of oil), driveshaft has no play in it, transmission was replaced at 112K.
I still have a grinding feel when accelerating from the front end. It will stop if you raise your foot off the gas. I can really feel it at 30mph going up a 45 degree incline or running 70-80mph down the highway.
Any thoughts?
