After you find which one that you need, you change the gear on the end of the speedo cable. There are several programs to make the calculations.

If you can find a good Ford parts dept., they can look-up the gear ratios offered for your truck, & find the p/n for the closest match to what you have. The gear plugs into the trans (speedo connection) & is color-coded, dependant upon the diff gears.
