Anyway, the original machining marks are still on the friction face...if you act now (operators are standing by) I'll throw in the original pressure plate (some evidence of slip but can be easily resurfaced) and the original disc (perhaps 15% worn)...
I will part with it for 1/2 the cost of a new one...
Lemme know.... I love the new clutch! It has a small amount of chatter which I expected, but then again, I have a 3.08 so anyone with a normal 3.73 or higher numerical ratio will experience less chatter.
BTW, the 3.08 rocks. I can use 2nd to highway speeds and 3rd to 100 mph. I actually played with a dude in an 05 Cummins (fast!!!) and he was suprised that I pulled him!!
As for FE, last tank with no idling for warm up was 19.9, previous tank with lots of idling was 18.5 in the nice, chilly Detroit ambient of 10-20*F recently.
