Not FE, but 815" of pretty...

For those of you who wish to take a look at 815 CI of pretty Ford hemi, take a look into the latest Car Craft, that darn Jon Kaase is at it again. Now that Chevy guy Dave Freiburger has been lurking around on the network54 boards, it seems he may be seeing the light.. There's also a nice little "how to get 500hp from your 460" article in there too, then they bring out to +600 cubes (shhh, don't tell Russ)

LOL..Mike ..allready been that route..and 500hp for the 385 series aint nothing...there very streetable at 750 to 800 hp..If you looking for a place to start your 460/Stroker build ..I have 2 D1VE Standard bore blocks for sale!! and also a set of D0VE and D0VE-C Heads too....BTW Both Blocks have been cleaned and Magged..

Those big drag motors only make big horse power for just a few seconds before they get tired, but the link to the picture sure looks cool!

So, just what part of that motor did Ford have anything to do with?

I see about $1000 in AN hose and fittings alone...yikes!

Some of the measurements and dimensions!

Did you take a look at their other engines? The "698 Ford" says "Pricing starts at $50,000! I can only imagine what that 815" monstrosity goes for!
