New flash and MPG
I was just wondering what you are getting for mpg. I had mine flashed a while back for egr opening on load around 1700 rpm. since the flash my mpg sucks bad. I got 18.5 freeway and 14-15 town. i get 13 freeway 65-75 mph and 11-12 in town. this really doesnt make me happy. Was there a "new flash released recently to help this out. i got 18.5 going 85-90 also so i should be well ahead due to driving reasonable. only mods are lift and bigger tires and cat-back exhaust which didnt change it(good or bad) milage was hand calculated with all mods on. Any suggestions. air filter is clean. 10k on truck. i am planning on the zoo dad mod and the ccv re-routing soon.

had my reflash went they did the recal and my mpg went down, took it to the dealer for a clunk in the front, turn out to be the steering box, But there was a new flash and they installed it well see hao it go and i'll let you knowwhat i get.

yes the flash was after numbers. didnt see any big change in milage, town all stayed very close and i didnt get much freeway time because the first time out i heard the noise on the "hills" going towards snan manuel from oracle. Then i got it flashed from all the hints on here that new flash was good. Ever since then im usually at 11.25-12 in town and 12-12.5 freeway. I saw very low 13 once. This is also without the tires adjustment figured in, but at maybe 10% difference even figure in i have never seen 14 where i used to 16-17 freeway without adding the tire adjustment in as well and that was at the 80-85 mph speeds. i have tried to slow down to see if it gets better and am at less than 2k rpm and approx. 65-70 mph with absolutely no difference.

well its at the dealer for the rearend vibration, well see what they find this time. It is there for super poor fuel milage and also noticed it had spewed coolant from the lid on the overflow tank. Meanwhile im driving this really sweet dodge neon. hope it gets done soon.

I lost about 5mpg after they flashed my truck after the turbo was replaced. I keep taking it back every chance I get. I get 10mpg loaded or empty now. I was getting 14-15 with an empty trailer. It's also getting gutless. I can't even pull a small hill with 7,000 lbs. without it dropping 2 gears.
