Question Hey from Pa.

I am new to the site and looking for information.
I have a 94 Ranger 4x4 with 3.0/5 spd. stick.
It has given me 198,000 carefree miles, but is getting
"tired". Can I swap in a late modle 4.0 without a lot of
greif and modification? A/c & ps are the only "goodies".
