Man hes lucky that spool of cable did not fall off onto someone driving next to him. Imagine being on the overpass when that hit. Your car probally skipped over two lanes at that time. Or at least did a jump like Dukes of Hazard.

This is at Highway 1&2 Just outside of Moose Jaw.
There is a neon bill board that lights up if the load is too high.
One guy went under the bridge and got stuck.
Not being a dummy he went out and cut the wires to the sign.

Yeah he cut the wires but forgot to erase his foot prints from the truck to the sign and return.
