Axle Type (beam)

Okay, I am tired of searching around, does anyone have a picture of what fords I-beam looks like compared to the mono beam. I am almost positive that I have a dana 60 monobeam up front. Looking to find out because apperently there are different rotor sets for the fronts depending on which axle you have. Again pics (links) are great.

I assume the truck in your avatar pic is the one you are talking about. If it is then you have a Dana 50 not a Dana 60. IF the truck is 2 wheel drive (kinda hard to tell from the tiny pic) then you have the twin "I" beam front suspension. The Dana 50 and 60 are both straight axles (mono beam), but in 99 the Dana 60 was only installed on dual rear wheel trucks not singles like the one in your pic. The Twin Traction Beam (similar to the twin "I" beam but with a differential) was not used in Super Duties, only in the old body style trucks.

If it is your black 4x4 CC it is a Dana 50. Its a monbeam.
