I have used the thread restorer made by Loc-tite and it works great. follow the instructions and you can torque it to full specs... P.S. for those hard to find bottom taps try this. Take a die grinder with a 1/8" cut off wheel and cut the taper off a regular tap. Works great.

I've used JB Weld to restore threads. I really don't think you need to be too **** about that one bolt tho.

Well I finally finished the repair. I got some of the thread restorer called Form-a-Thread and it worked like a charm. The bolt took the full torque. Thank all of you for your help, I couldn't have done it without the FTE team.
