302 and 351

What do you need to change to go from a 302 to a 351? I know the ECU and stuff like that, but what else. And it does go with the E4OD tranny right? Any cost estimates on this? Any who have done it? Also, where can I find some specs for the 302 and 351? Stuff like horsepower and torque?

u may have to change the the exhaust because a 351w is a little wider now I got my exhaust to go on but it was really hard and it leaks alittle but if this is an everyday driver u should put new exhaust just right at the manfolds that is all I know if the 351 is complete with heads and stuff

Which 351? I believe the 351m has a different bolt pattern for the bellhousing,
