Carburetor Number
I live in Buffalo, NY and recently purchased a 1979 F150 4WD 351M/C6 no-AC and my carburetor needs rebuilding. There is no tag on the carb and I have found about 13 different part numbers and 3-4 rebuilding kits, if anyone can provide me with any part numbers from a similar vehicle and geographic area, I would appreciate it.

Disassemble your carberator. Take it down to the parts store. Most importantly have your upper plate cover gasket ready. This gasket will be the determining part to select your rebuild kit. Also check the other parts to include needle/seat valve assembly.
