30 degrees, ac stuck on
On my '99 F250 PSD the ac seems to be stuck in cooling mode when the selector dial is turned to heating functions. I can hear the ac compressor/clutch clicking on and off as it would do in normal cooling when the truck is idling. After driving for awhile and freezing my wazoo off there is always a condensation puddle under the truck. So being tired of a cold wazoo ac+30 degree temps for a temporay fix I unplugged the wire connector on the ac pump. Fine no more ac but the heater doesn't seem to be working! What gives? Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

If your 99 F250 is like my 04 Ranger, which is like many late model Fords, the A/C compressor will run/cycle in any position other than vent, floor, or off. This is normal operation.
