here is a thought.
rent the uhaul but also rent the car trailer for another 160.00 it has brakes too. seems safer than putting it in there. also the uhaul contract you sign states placing a motorvehicle in the uhaul is against uhaul policy and is also against most state laws , because you will be over the GVWR.
