I bought my 78 with no motor in it. The frame part of the mount is on the frame, along with the rubber. If i'm correct, im missing a piece that bolts to the block and also to the rubber of the mount. Does anyone know where i could get this part?

It depends what engine your talking about. The rubber mount bolts directly to the motor, unless your talking about a 385 series. They use a 3 piece mount system; (1)frame "perch" (2)rubber "insulator" (3) metal "cup" that bolts to motor.
the 302- 351W use that mounting style as well. The metal cup is available at salvage yards, but not likely at parts stores, not common to have one fail.
Im sorry but im not familiar with the term "385 series". It's a 460, and from what i can tell, the only bolt that goes through the rubber runs parallel to the crankshaft.
