Some places sell tires set up for studs then you just have the tire guys place and remove studs as needed.

well what i would do is just bring the chaines along just in case, its really snowy up there. the front end of the truck since it is so heavy should just act like a snow plow but with your stockish tires on there, i really don't know what will happen.i do know that if you have some ok tires on there your truck will act as a snow plow.
