Power steering 4x4
I just bought a 73 ranger 4x4. Can anybody tell me how to convert to power steering?

Go for the complete front D44 axle with the disc brakes off a 1978-1979 F150 4x4 or 1978-1979 Bronco 4x4 swap, and use the steering gear box off a 1978-1979 F150 4x4 or 1978-1979 Bronco 4x4.
