I played this very game with my 01 expy this weekend. I replaced MAF, checked all vac lines, intake leaks etc, then got hit with the stupid stick. 2 weeks ago when I replaced the plugs, I had inadvertantly knocked the PCV valve loose, and did not see it. Plugged it back in and its good to go. Check and make sure it aint loose, also check it where it hooks to intake, just feeling of it yesterday, it seems it would be hard to detect a leak.

The cause of a P0171 & P0174 on the EXPY/Navi is the same as the F-150 - Vacuum leak!

Inspect that stupid PCV hose (both elbows) - they're the most common problem.

More info, SEARCH keyword "P0171 P0174" in this and the 97-03 F150 Forum.
