99' 5.4 tranny problems HELP!
Okay, the other day i was drivin home and my O/D light started blinking... I thought that it was like a check engine light for the tranny... no big deal took it to the dealer and they scanned it and came up with a shift fault code between 2nd and 3rd and 4th... They cleared it and was fine for awhile... then about a day and half later my tranny started making some squealing noises and the light won't stop blinking until i restart the truck then eventually it comes back on.... The tranny has a bad problem shifting into 3rd it was slow to begin with and now it slams into gear... other than that it still shifts normal. Anyone have any ideas? Please help....
