problems
is anyone else having problems with adding tuners
ive got an 02 f 350 dually 4x4 with 90000 kms
ive added an intake 4 inch cool duals exhaust gauges and a predator tuner
after about a month of driving it with the 85 hp tune i had some diesel in the coolant
turned out to be a cracked injector sleeve
drove it for a week and had another cracked injector sleeve
now im thinking the 85 hp tune is to hard on the truck with my heavy foot so ive backed it down to the 60 hp tune with the stock shift
now i am finding at 60 km/h when it goes into overdrive and i gently put my foot on the throttle i get a shutter or vibration thoughout the whole truck
im thinking my t/c is packin it in
today i put the truck back to stock and gonna drive it for a while and see how it does before i take it in for warranty
im just wondering if the truck wont handle the power of the tuner
after talking to a few of the deisle mechanics at ford theyve said they see the same problems on pretty much any truck with the gauges and big exhaust so im thinkin my predator is gonna be for sale real soon
when the warranty is up on this truck i dont wanna be flippin the bill for all these repairs
